  2. B2R Training Programs

    B2R offers several training plans that go beyond the 6 week transition program that comes included with the purchase of our shoes. These plans are available from Training Peaks.

All B2R programs are designed by run coach and B2R co-founder, Eric Orton and offer a comprehensive run training approach in the form of a self-guided online program. Eric’s proprietary heart rate and pace training methods allow the runner to always work within his or her unique level of ability. Programs consist of a variety of endurance race distances from 5k to ultra marathons, as well as fitness run programs for the non-racer. Each program allows the runner to view his or her daily workout in a web environment, which includes a personal running log system and a state-of-the-art system that tracks and monitors the individuals’ training.
