B2R Natural Shoe 6 Week Transition Program
Design by Born To Run Coach Eric Orton, this 6-week program will help those beginning and experienced runners looking to make a transition to a minimal or natural running shoe with zero drop in the mid/outsole from toe to heel.
This program is free with any B2R shoe purchase and is most effective when used with the B2R Foot Strength Level 1 Training DVD.
All B2R programs are designed by run coach and B2R co-founder, Eric Orton and offer a comprehensive run training approach in the form of a self-guided online program. Eric’s proprietary heart rate and pace training methods allow the runner to always work within his or her unique level of ability. Programs consist of a variety of endurance race distances from 5k to ultra marathons, as well as fitness run programs for the non-racer. Each program allows the runner to view his or her daily workout in a web environment, which includes a personal running log system and a state-of-the-art system that tracks and monitors the individuals’ training.
