The first part of our three level DVD program takes the training to another step with in-depth instruction, an extensive library of exercises, as well as a Run Form section to make proper technique simple to understand. Perfect for beginners and advance athletes, the instruction guides the user through common form problems to make the most of their workouts.  As you progress, the slant wobble board continue to play a key role in the more challenging sequences of Levels 2 and 3.
