Return Guidelines

At B2R, we are dedicated to providing top-quality products helping our customers to “run well, eat well, and be well”. If you are not happy with your purchase and you wish to return any B2R product for a full refund or exchange, you can do so within 30 days of shipment. All items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, and in all original packaging. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Footwear Return Policy

Refund: To receive a full refund, the shoes must meet the following guidelines:

  • The item(s) are unworn and unused (the inside and the soles of the shoes are clean with no obvious signs/odor due to wear).
  • The item(s) must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a restocking fee.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange your shoes for a pair of the same model in a different size or color, there will be no additional costs. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a lower price model, the difference will be refunded to you. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a more expensive model, you will be required to pay the difference. All exchanges must also meet the refund guidelines listed above.

Strength Training Equipment Return Policy

Refund: To receive a full refund, all strength training equipment bundles must meet the following guidelines:

  • The components of the bundle must be returned in full.
  • The bundle must not show any signs of use or wear, and all items must be returned in the original packaging. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a restocking fee.

Exchange: If you ordered a bundle and feel as though a component does not work properly, simply return the entire bundle and it will be exchanged for a complete new bundle.

Aid Station Return Policy

Refund: To receive a full refund, all Aid Station products must meet the following guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. All items must be unopened, and sealed in the original packaging. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a restocking fee.

If you are not satisfied with your aid station purchase after use, you may return it for a full refund only within the 30 day allotted time.

Run Training Programs Return Policy

Defective Merchandise

If a return/exchange is requested due to a perceived manufacturing fault or quality defect by B2R, the total amount of the item(s) will be refunded in full, or the item(s) will be exchanged free of charge. If you suspect a defect on already worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment for inspection and determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.

How to return item(s)

For your convenience, we have included postage paid return labels with all of our products. To return item(s) please fill out and enclose this Return Form (also included with your shipment), be sure to include the nature of your return/exchange, and affix the return label to the outside of the box. We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that can provide tracking information and insurance. B2R will not be held responsible for tracking fees, insurance costs, or lost packages. CODs will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All items must be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund/exchange.
